Question about upgrading

I noticed it when another member posted it. Once I pay once for the upgrade does it last forever or just monthly? Because if it does last forever I will be doubling everything tommorow.

One time fee. Can be purchased twice to give you 4x everything.
Note that in June bandwidth and disk space is going unmetered.
Also, does not give more CPU time or other runtime resources.
