This is just a question...Why do you offer Ad-Free if it's free too, and is there an expiration date to that? If no, is it possible to change from Ad-Enhanced to Ad-Free? Thanks.

We have Ad-Free and Ad-Enhanced, both are free hosting packages. One just requires advertisements to be placed, and offers a bit more in the range of bandwidth, space, etc than the Ad-Free does.

And yes, you are allowed to switch, but there is a new rule that was posted by Corey that states we will have to terminate the ad-free and create a new Ad-Enhanced, instead of just moving the account back and forth.

Thanks for Your Answer, but is it possible to move without losing everything, e.g. Full Backup and then terminate, create new, the restore? Cause I would prefer to not lose it...

You would have to do the backup of your account. We use to just move accounts between the servers, but this was starting to eat up a lot of the staff's time, and take us away from responding to support threads ( as people wanted to be moved, then moved back, then moved again )

I'm sure that would work, but as a failsafe, I would FTP your important "must-not-lose" files to your computer before you remove the first site. Then once you change your package and get the new site setup, FTP the files to your new site.

There shouldn't be any problems that way. I don't trust backup systems so I regularly FTP backup my files.
