do I need to upgrade my account so that x10hosting does not show? if yes or no kindly help thanks

no. That is just how Google did it possibly due to using an x10 provided subdomain

ok confuse a little I thought x10 hosting provide 2 domains and 3 subdomain, so google is considering x10 hosting provided domains as subdomain so its displaying that, ? so assuming its like that then Private or personal domain must be use?

The x10 provided domains are subdomains of domains that x10 owns. Yes, that’s why Google is doing that, sometimes signing up for Google Search Console use may try to clear that up, not a full guarantee.
