I hate to be a newb like this, but I need a quick answer please.

If I have a fangame, the game itself WILL NOT be hosted here, is it okay for me to have content related to it?
Things like a forum, member stats, images, news & etc?

Personally, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be OK.

Just make sure you have re-read the ToS if you have any doubt about any of your site's content.

I had reread the TOS, I just wanted to make sure I hadn't misunderstood something before I got myself into trouble.

As long as anything under your account doesn't break the Terms of Service agreement, you can do pretty much anything you want to. Be sure your scripts are not resource intensive because that will result in account suspension for high resource usage. If your site is resource intensive, I suggest buying a VPS, they're great, I have one and highly recommend it!
