Hello
First off, apologies if this thread is in the incorrect location, but I wish to ask a question about the Terms of Service. Is it legal if I wish to create a URL shortener? (examples is http://goo.gl or http://bit.ly). I couldn't see any mention of URL shorteners in the ToS. The only thing I can think of is that it might be construed as a proxy, however once you go to the shortened URL, the real URL appears in your web browser as if you had gone to that site yourself, so I do not believe that there is any sort of proxy action going on here.
Thank you
