Question: software redistribution

i was planning on making a folder within my website named
"linux-OS"
and was going to have
the 32 and 64 bit version of http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download
available in a torrent/archive file, will that get me suspended

Link should be okay because Ubuntu isn't illegal. I'd still avoid linking to the torrent directly, but I would put a link up to the download page on Ubuntu. I don't see why you'd need to host another mirror for them anyways - the ones they have are all pretty darn good and fast.
