Question to unblock suspension

Given the account would be unblocked multimedia.x10.mx, the reason for the suspension of the shell scripts, which are the against conditions of the TOS (I am aware of that) but I did not set the script to the done this is done by a hacker me hakovao site through cPanel or via FTP , about which I wrote in my post below, Calistoy is familiar with the team and across the PM.
