Suspension Reason:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, and process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, and the third warning. To resolve this suspension, open a support ticket.

You may unsuspend yourself using your account panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php if this is your first time being suspended for this reason.

This typically happens when using a CMS software like Joomla!, Wordpress, or Drupal with many add ons.

This is your third suspension for the same reason. You need to show that you are willing to find a way to remove or change the resource-intensive script before a staff un-suspends you.

Why is my account blocked?

I have escalated this thread up as a ticket so an account manager will be able to manually unsuspend your account and help you find the files that are causing your high system resource usage suspension.
