as long as you don't delete the folder itself, you can delete the content if you wanna start over with a new site.
There's no reset button, we'd have to terminate the account, and then you'll need to create a new one if you want it back to as it were when you started.
The files that were in there when you started aren't needed unless you want to use the frontpage extension to publish your site.

your hosting account will be deleted shortly.
Give it an hour or two before signing up for a new one, to allow the system to fully clear out all data and you should be able to sign up with the same information.
Note that you don't need to, and nor should you, create a new forum account. Just enter the information of your current when asked.
