You can actually unsuspend yourself in the account panel, under the 'hosting' tab. Your account is now unsuspended again and I recommend you look at all the extensions you have loaded (if any).

Also, please note that torrents are not allowed. I am not sure what you are intending to do with the URL http://torrent.enchev.co.cc/ , but consider this a prior warning.

Try reading this and then login at the URL it gives you. Suspensions are under the 'hosting' tab if I remember correctly.
