I have a online chat system from another service . the service is purechat.com It is a plug in for online tech support . do you support service under your terms of service agreement. Thank you

We don't have anything specifically in our Terms of Service that disallows the use of chat services, and the actual service on the page you linked seems to show the service being hosted on their external servers rather than x10Hosting, so this should be fine.
