Are we allowed to sign up for more than one free hosting account as long as its reasonable?

For example it would be nice to have one for business and one for personal use ...

I take it you haven't clearly read the Terms of Service.

But then again, if you get a paid hosting account, you are allowed a paid account and a free account. But you can not have 2 free accounts. Even if the reason is legit.
