questions about chatspace

I've bought the chatspace server & would like to install it on my site, i know how, its just i need the mysql server for x10hosting.... do any of you know wut it is?? thank you!

Yes, it's properly called a database, and MySQL is a relational database system, where many spreadsheets are used to hold information rather than one giant one, which makes it quite efficient.

Anyways, what plan are you using? I don't think static has any MySQL databases with it, if it does, sorry it didn't have them a long time ago so yeah...

Anyways if you do have databases on your account, login to Cpanel and find the icon that says, "MySQL Databases" which is in the middle section of the whole group of icons. once in the MySQL Control panel, create a user, set a password, create a database, add the user to the database with all permissions set to the user, and launch your applications install file. You should be able to figure it out from there. if you don't, just PM me.
