I hosted with x10 premium accounts for several years for a game site. Now I am checking you guys out again years later for my company. If we go with your premium hosting will we be able to mail news letters via smtp and would I be able to use a google hook to verify our site? Currently I have a google domain with the name servers pointing to x10. Currently we have a mailing list of about 2000 addresses. We wish not only to send news letters but pricing sheets via mass email. Is this something we will be able to do with your hosting? If so is there a limit to how many emails can be sent?

Premium hosting allows for a lot more flexibility then free hosting does. As far as I know, the scenarios you mention in your post would be possible with premium. As for sending mass emails that of course needs to follow the rules for bulk email sending (you can read about that at: https://x10premium.com/legal/aup).
I would recommend that you contact the premium people using the contact form at https://x10premium.com/contact-us for the most accurate answer to what would be allowed though, as most people that regularly visit these forums, including me, are not associated with the premium part of x10 hosting.
