questions about ssl-explorer...

I was wondering what my username and password (where could I find them) would be if I wanted to login to the ssl-explorer. I went to the https:// part of my site and got the SSL-Explorer login prompt. (https://tolles.uni.cc)

I don't know if my question is the same thing, or if I should open a new thread for it:
What is that SSL Explorer? I can't access neither my webpage, nor my cplannel! Instead of going to my website, I'm always ended on a strange page which says welcome to ssl explorer, with so many strange data on the rest of the page. Can anybody help please?
