I have a question about the #1 TOS rule of "» Adult Material : Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting."
I know alot of servers say this and I can see why they would. But I was always wondering, What if this content was hosted on another server like image hosters or my home computer. And all that was on the x10 server is the index.html that has the site but all the pictures are of links to other locations. Like would that be allowed if I put something of that Material up?
If someone could clear that up that would be great.. because I dont want to get into trouble for misunderstanding of this.
(ps. if you dont know what im talking about I can upload the index.html and show what i mean.)
