Questions - Award Show

Hi all I am currently as some of you lot will now setting up a competition for the Showcase - Website Awards - I need some help answering the following questions.​

1. What Categories should there be? - Just One(Best Site) or loads of other ones - if other please suggest some​
2. How long should the voting stage last?​
3. When should each competition start? Monthly, yearly or even weekly​
4. What should be on the banners? Examples:Vote for me, Best website, 1st, Winner​

1. Well if there are a range of different sites, and enough for each category (gaming, tech, news etc...) then maybe have categories, and then one for like the best site of all.

2. The voting should last one week if you get to vote for something else in the nxt month.

3. Monthly.
