R1Soft broken on Chopin?

When I try to login to R1Soft I get the error in the attached screenshot. What's up with this? (I don't need a backup right now, but I'm just thinking if I ever do, it would be good to have…)

EDIT: OK, and why can't we get to our cpanel through cpanel.domain.com? We have to use the subdomain? Aw come on…

(I can't use mcse7en.com/cpanel at school because my university blocks access to the port)

If you log in to your R1Soft through the link via cPanel, you do not have to log in to anything and your authentication should be automatic.

Also, the http://cpanel.mcse7en.com subdomain cPanel access should still work.

Nope and nope. Neither work.


Cpanel:
Safari can’t open the page “http://cpanel.mcse7en.com/” because Safari can’t find the server “cpanel.mcse7en.com”.

R1Soft:
Error:
Failed to connect to (10.1.0.230): Connection refused: connect

I also checked and I can't get to that subdomain cpanel.mcse7en.com

I checked my domain and that subdomain does not work.

I just checked as well, and it seems like I'm able to access http://cpanel.parkzer.co.cc from home, but not from at school. I have no idea why that's happening.
