Hello,

I've been trying to solve this problem every way I can, but I simply cannot park my domain with x10Hosting. I've also searched the forums thoroughly for some situation resembling my own, to no avail.

I own a .PT domain (azulcorp.pt), and such domains have many rules and regulations surrounding name server changes. As such, they require that all name server changes be made at the registry level.

However, the regulatory institution only recognizes nameserver changes IF the domain is already registered on those specific nameservers. So, as you can see, I cannot add x10Hosting's nameservers to my domain's registry unless I first park my domain with x10Hosting. I know this sounds strange, I'm in a deadlock… My domain name is azulcorp.pt

This is the technical reviewer that they use to check if the domain is properly configured BEFORE making any changes at the registry level: https://www.dns.pt/en/technical-reviewer

My account details are:

username: azulcorp
domain: azulcorp.x10.mx

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have added the DNS records into our nameservers, so you should be able to switch them over at your registrar now.
