i like the menu and the banner, but the empty space under the menu is not that cool, try adding green going all the way down. i did something like that with a site i had to create for a basketball group take a look at it at: http://ehjbasketeers.iamshipon1988.ecwhost.com/index2.htm (the layout wasnt by me). 8/10

As IamShipon1988 said the blank space under the menu doen't look so well, bout I like the menu, and it is a bussiness site so... 7.5/10
