First Site:
8/10 for deisgn
6/10 for technical skill (there are too many articles for one page. Why not give each one it's own page and just provide short summarys on the front page?)
6/10 for content. There's little focus at the minute. Most of what you mention (such as Res Evil 5 or Survivors) are *not* what I'd call unsigned. There's also a bit of a glitch on the Survivors article.
Second Site:
6/10 for layout. Those diagonal lines are a little unpleasant and there's nothing consistent with the previous site.
5/10 for technical. The latest post section is a bit squashed and you appear to be offering a proxy service. Is that allowed? Also, 3 of your links go to completely different sites, very confusing when that happens.
0/10 for content, because I can't see any outside of a skeleton.

There's very little content, only sentences like "No images have been published yet."
