7/10 - the grey part looks quite weird, the background looks cool, but more blending on the stock/render to the background could be better. Also you could work more on the lighting of the sig.

I'll rate aquilus I guess, since I'll just say that you should save your signature as a .gif and make the gray part transparent. That would be badass.
