Language infractions fall under the zero-tolerance policy in the TOS. Your account will not be unsuspended for any reason. It will be terminated 10 days after suspension.

I just looked up your account information and it seems like you are not suspended. Also, I visited your website, http://lucker.x10hosting.com/index.php, and it is not in Chinese.

So I'm not quite sure what you're talking about...
