Re-activation of my webhosting account at x10

Hi,

I opened a free web hosting account with the hostname as deep.pcriot.com a few months back. However due to certain unavoidable circumstances I was not able to work on my website for a few months. But presently as I tried to login again, I found that the my account was closed. and I am getting the following message as I log in:

"Free Web Hosting
You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

* An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
* A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
* You have never had a hosting account."
Please let me know if I would be able to reach my account anyway?

My details are as follows for your reference:
User id at the CPanel: deepc
Hostname: deep.pcriot.com

For an account to count as "active" you need to log into the forums at least once every 31 days. Any account suspended for over 10 days gets terminated/deleted. If you were inactive for a few months, it is likely your account may have been terminated, though an admin/staff can probably look deeper into the issue.
