Re-adding domain

Hi, my account is webrain.
I added genretion.com domain , then removed it by mistake, re-added it again, but domain didn't appear, only the genretion.com folder was created. so I removed folder, wanted to add domain again and it says:
is owned by another user
Please help.

Error from park wrapper: genretion.com is owned by another user.

Still the same problem.
But I checked main panel and last line says DNS if offline.
Maybe this makes the problem ?

No, that's not the problem.
Did you have this domain parked/added in another account before having it in the account "webrain"?

Yes I had. But after that I added this domain to my webrain account and everything was fine. I had webrain.pl also here and removed it to check what will happen if I add it again and its the same problem with this domain now.
When I go to main panel, not cPanel , and change the domain webrain.x10ho... to webrain.pl or genretion.com , the server is teeling me that everything is ok, and my main domain is now webrain.pl but when I go to www.webrain.pl is not working. The same when I setup genretion.com.
It is something here but I don;t know what exactly

no my registrant for webrain.pl is telling me that x10host... DNS is not configured to set my domain.. dont understand this.

What's the account you previously had this domains parked/added?
Some rest of this domains may have been kept in that account settings, and that's why it's saying it's owned by another user.

You're seeing as if your main domain was changing, but it's actually not changing because of the same error you're getting in cPanel. There's a bug in the AMP that doesn't show that error and changes it there, but not in WHM.

Right. But you are asking me about account on completely different server ?
Because on x10hosting I have only one account and never had any other.
This account is webrain.
I had different account but it was completely different server , my friends machine.

Is that possible that somebody from x10hosting set those domains in own account ?
