Re-Create Account Error

Hi, I just re-created my account but I receive the error.
This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: the dns entry already exists. (code create_2)

We would need to know the domain name you requested to be able to answer that.

My domain is http://news.x10hosting.com
Cpanel was: news

news.x10hosting.com isnt currently registered, however, I also noticed it hasnt reverted back to the domain available state either.

bumping this to level 2 support.

My account was created, but I cant access to http://news.x10hosting.com/ even the http://news.x10hosting.com:2082 CPanel.
