hi, i already asked for my problem but didn't respond on time, so my request was closed.

i got message that my home directory is not available when i was trying to connect on server. pls help me

Do you currently have any databases?
If you do please make backups of them using the export function in phpMyAdmin before we proceed and re-create your account (involves deleting the current and setting up one with the same username and domain which we will handle server side).
