I want to have mi account back to 0, i'm from Peru and I don't speak English very well but I understand perfect. I want to have mi account with nothing and create a new website. But i cant rename mi domain. Please respond my message. Thank's a lote

delete the files from public_html folder except _vti ,cgi-bin folders and .htaccess file. Don't delete anything other than the public_html folder.

You said you can't change the domain, are you referring to primary domain or parked or addon domain.

By the way your server absoult is under move. have patience,

Thanks for the response. I delete all files but i can't find the folder "-vti" and the .htacess file .I was talking about the primary domain but I'll be patient and I try in another day :smile:

You may not have a _vti or a .htaccess file. My account doesn't have those files either. The _vti folder is just used for FrontPage, whereas .htaccess is for controlling access to content.

It is very possible you do have an .htaccess file.
.xxxxxx files ( called "dot files" ) are usually hidden on normal directory listings.

To make sure, go to cPanel, Do not open File Manager.
On the bottom of cPanel main page click on reset all interface settings
Now click on FileManager.
You should get a pop-up with a checkbox option to "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)." Check that box.
Now .htaccess will be visible, if it is there.
