re-open mail problems free stoli

I am still having the same problem. I can't send or receive email with webmail or my local client. I used to be able to use both just fine. here is my previous post. Thank you for helping.

To add details I can connect to the mail server via webmail or Thunderbird(both previously worked). I haven't changed any settings. No incomming mail gets through even test email i send from other email accounts. When sending email from Thunderbird I get "an error occurred while sending mail. the mail server responded: temporary local problem - please try later. Please check the message recipients and try again." Webmail gives me the following errors...Horde There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Temporary local problem - please try later Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)] ...SquirrelMail Requested action aborted: error in processing
Server replied: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later
