Apparently a SPAM bot was on your forums posting these things. The moderators or you should of caught and deleted it. If it's on your site it's your responsibility.

I am sorry about that then, but the thing is that I weren't home for the past days, I were on vacation.
Is there something I could do to get my account unsuspended then?

No. The suspension falls under zero tolerance policy.Your account can't be unsuspended.

No, You can't get the files. The account will be deleted eventually.

Next time use captcha for registration page to avoid bots to register themselves.
