reactivate hosting after inactivity suspension

I read the faq and understand that my hosting account was suspended based on inactivity. I would like to reactivate my account as I have need for hosting again but there are not any directions for how to bring my account back into good standing.

What is your cPanel username? It seems that your account has been terminated or isn't linked to your forum account.

I believe it was cobbce, it might have been cobbce4. I looked back at my email history and had a confirmation for a hosting account, but my username wasn't included in that message.

Got any other ideas about what your username was?
Those two did not match up with anything.
