To whom this may concern,

Unfortunately, my account was suspended because of a proxy. However, I was only placing this here temporarily to see if it worked before I placed it onto my official website. Is there any way to remove the proxy now? Please let me know as soon as possible. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It does not matter why you placed it there, it was there and that is zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account will remain permanently suspended until deleted.
You will not be given access to your files for any reason.
