Reactivate my hosting

i upload many file to my hosting, my account was suspended, after that, my account was been unsuspended.. right know mu account, cpanel is not active. the problem is that my site is still suspended. i can't use my website . it redirect me to the suspended site. why?

Please clear your browser's cache. Your account is not currently suspended. Also, please manually translate your site into one of the required languages: English, Spanish, or French. Then place an easy to find link to that translation from your original site. Automated translating scripts do not fulfill the requirement.

The bigger problem is that nulled install of vBulletin actually:

� Nullified by  : DGT
� Tested by     : DGT
� Protection    : Removed

It's now a permanent suspension.
