You have to log in to the forums, not your hosting account. If you are logging in to the forums and are still getting suspended for inactivity, you may want to review this page: http://FMiMH.co.cc/x10Inactivity#2

As for unsuspending yourself, you can go to the x10Hosting Account Panel and do it manually.
