Really struggling to link blogger to x10 hosting

I have followed all the instructions on blogger to use a 3rd party address, I've changed the www CNAME to point to ghs.google.com, I've added the second CNAME too, but it's still erroring out and saying that "we have not been able to verify your authority to this domain"
Anyone have any clues?

Can you provide the www link you are trying to use and a link blogger's instructions?
