Realy Bad LAgg

i just made new account today and got my site up and running but am getting alot of lagg i mean realy bad lagg .

i know this is free account but how do you expect people to upgrade if the server is laggin realy bad ?

can you please look into this and help me out , am thinking of upgrading but am not sure now if this lagg continues

I just visited your website and while the page did not load instantly, the delay was less than two seconds before the page fully loaded. You may experience some occasional lagging on the free hosting servers due to the fact that these servers are heavily loaded with accounts. The paid servers have much fewer accounts per server and are also less subject to intentional or unintentional abuse by users so they perform much better than the free hosting servers.

I just want to add that our Free Hosting and Paid Hosting services are completely separate.
Free Hosting is not a sample of Paid Hosting. Paid Servers have a significantly less load than the Free Hosting Servers making them more fast and reliable.
