Reason for high resource usage

Hello
My account gets suspended for high resource usage over and over again but I need to know the exact reason and fix it. Is it the number of plugins and themes that I have uploaded for wordpress? Or is there a particular plugin that is causing this issue?

It's difficult to tell for sure. Its usually caused by plugins (or a combination of plugins) but it can also be caused by themes (since the functions.php file acts like a plugin).

Can you provide a list of plugins you have installed? The only real way to figure out whats causing it is to disable each one by one.

Following that, usually themes that use gzip compression (or gzip your whole site) use a lot of memory.

It could (though I'm not sure, so don't quote me (it's just happened in the past)) have been caused by you updating to Wordpress 3.0.3 (if you have). Any number of factors could cause it. To know the exact script, you'll have to have it escalated to an administrator with access to the error log emails.
