Receiving Default Welcome page after uploading index.html file to my site

After I uploaded my index.html file to my public_html directory. I am only getting the default Welcome Page. My site is: http://orandwawranglers.x10.mx

Is there something setup wrong with my account or the server I am on? It worked fine on 9/4/2012. I have already flushed my dns cache and temp files and have tried using multiple browsers. I have gone so far to backup my site and remove everything I added and just create a basic index.html file with some basic html.code. Please look into this and let me know what is going on, I have only been testing this account for a few days now and this is not a good sign. My username is jeep same as with my account.

The site seems to work fine for me.

I just tried the site again and even tried it from another computer. They both bring up the Default Welcome Page instead of my index.html page I created.

The site is going to: http://orandwawranglers.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Instead of: http://orandwawranglers.x10.mx/index.html

But if I type in http://orandwawranglers.x10.mx/index.html manually I can see my page.

Try using a proxy. If that works fine, it's likely a problem with your ISP.

I see:

•Java Page
•4x4 Page

Please additionally try another browser if you are able to (i.e. if you're not restricted by IT policy)

It still does sound like a browser cache issue.
