After never having an issue with running PHP scripts, I now get..

"An appropriate representation of the requested resource... could not be found on this server
Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

My initial guess based on Googling that error message is that is mod_security related. If that's the case you should see https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/403-error.204945/#post-968175

Thanks for your assistance. I also discovered I had an error in my code.
