Hi,

I had my account f1.x10hosting.com working for at least 3 months, complying all the rules.

Suddenly, it has been sucked by a "obscure force", i.e I cannot access the control panel or any files whatsoever.

Please, provide me help for at least recover my sql data.

Sorry, x10 doesn't keep any backups of any accounts, your data is gone for good. You are free to register for another account if you want.

Pages that dissapear suddenly, together with the fact that the pages get suspended for unobvious reasons, and with the fact that you give no guarantees nor effective support is bad advertising from your side.

You may argue that no guarantees is Ok for a free hosting. I argue that we pay by supporting your ads, so you should care for our sites. Otherwise, in the long term forget about your ad-supported income.

Given your performance, I would not pay for a site on your hosting.

It looks like you were suspended for 'Hosting account suspended for inactivity.', you were never unsuspended and your account got terminated for being suspended too long.
