Recover my Data !

Hi everyone!

My account has been suspended without warning and I can't recover my data!


Solutions tried:


- When I try to sign in, x10hosting is not able to find your hosting account but when I want to sign up with the same email adress, they say there is already an account with this adress. (nicolas.feyer(at)hotmail.com)

- I HAVE TO recover my data ! There are very important data stored on the server!

Please help me!

you did not say 'why' is was suspended
BUT
The short answer is - there are no files or databases for you to "recover"...

From x10hosting's free-hosting "Terms of Service" (TOS)...
(for anything other than inactivity - and that account will have all files and databases deleted by the system (computer) anytime after 21 days from the day of suspension for inactivity)
7. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or in part to an account holder that has been suspended.

Your profile states that you are a member since Today
You made the account and it was suspended today?
Or is the Free Hosting account under another forum account?

I don't think that attitude is appropriate when community members, like AngusThermopyle and bdistler, are volunteering their time to try to help you. Either way, backups are your responsibility, as per section 5 of the information you read and agreed to when you signed up.
