By trying to solve a kind of minor problem, I have gradually removed more and more files in my account and increased my minor problem to a completely non functional website. I tried following various guides, which all nicely talk about php.ini files and allowed sites and much more, but none is to be recognized here, because of Cpanel and shared hosting. Now my situation is that my initial public_html/index.php works, but claims that mbstring is not loaded, eventhough it is clearly marked in php7 config panel.
Can I get my initial essential files (and probably folders) back, or even better - a list of what should be there? It is better for me to learn this specific Cpanel/Apache configuration usage to be able to recreate them again. As well as better for admins and other users to not have to do same tasks again and again. I didn't suspect I have to make initial backup as I thought there should be a possibility to return everything to starting state.
