Yes, there's a title page.
Yes, I'm using frames.
It's a Classmates/Facebook type site, but without the junk, and it's 100% free.
I'm using Profile Manager 3 with phpbb3. (Noah's Classifieds will be added soon)
For those of you who have been there before, let me know if I have improved it any.

Using the frames is okay, but whenever possible you should use divs, especially for the boxes within your frames, they look a little too boring. Divs with borders always look better. The links page, with the two sets of links,is another example of frames and the issue with using them.

I agree, frames don't "fit" any more. I used to like them, but they now look very unprofessional in my point of view.
And I don't get the "without the junk" part; the ads and frames are junk.
I am not trying to be offensive, so don't take my comments in a bad way.
I like the content though.

okay my truthful comment that is helpful:
if this isn't just to have fun, this is the most impossible idea. ever.
trying to compete with Facebook would be like trying to jump from where you are right now to the moon. Facebook's rival website that it supposedly stole it's idea from, has 70,000 users. Facebook has 30,000,000. So if you were seriously planning on shutting out Facebook with your 'no junk' website, I'm sorry that you've wasted this much of your time.
