Redirect Caching?

I put a file in public_html 'index.html' that redirected users to a joke site.
The file was removed and the changes saved, but the site still redirects them to the site.
sourcery.x10host.com/

 

[caftpx10]

The only place it is redirecting me at the moment is the forums under your account.
Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
