redirect to Default Web Page

Hi everyone, my site bhibi.exofire.net always redirects to http://bhibi.exofire.net/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I have tried everything the page says like flushing the dns and stuff. but still, it didnt worked out.

am I missing something?

Anyway, I solved it. I have configured the firewall settings of my anti-virus.
