Hi,
I have a problem with my redirect, everytime I setup one, my page never gets loaded. But as soon as I take it off, it restarts to work.

I went to the support chat, and they asked me to empy my DNS cache, but it didnt help.

But the thing is as soon as I take the redirect off, it works well..
And the redirect, is to a page called, acceuil.php instead of the normal index.php

Jumping in to add a detail you missed from the IRC conversation I was involved in :)

The redirect he had was causing browsers to show a page load error; in Firefox, it actually explained it as:

Redirect Loop
Firefox has detected that the page is redirecting in a way that will never complete, and has stopped loading the page.

So however the redirect was set up, it kept triggering the redirect over and over and over and over.

No idea how to fix it.

I can relate to this, as I experienced the same without any resolution, I must add. If anyone has any suggestion, it's certainly welcome. Here's my goal:

I wanted "/" to redirect to a directory (for example, http://www.somedomain.com to http://www.somedomain.com/somedirectory) without having a javascript or php redirect. If I try to use redirect (/ to /somedirectory in cPanel), I get the above error in FF. I believe in IE 6, redirect worked fine.
