Redirecting Problem

My account illusion.elementfx.com is redirecting to elementfx.com and it has been doing this for 2 weeks, I know you are updating server and not done yet but Im hoping this will speed making my site go back up.

I`m sure the admins are working as hard as they can to solve any problems left over from the server troubles. If they know about this problem they will get to it as soon as possible
