I recently registered and I uploaded my html file to the public_html directory using file manager in my cPanel but I keep getting redirected even after flushing my DNS my site is http://thissitehaseverything.elementfx.com

Clear your browser cache and history and try again. Perhaps add ?foo to the end of the URL.
