My question is:
Is it possible to redirect a subdomain or port to an other IP adress e.g. for multiplaying server?
I mean that tr-reallife.com:7777 or sub.tr-reallife.com redirects to 188.40.51.243:7777

You can redirect a subdomain to another IP address. In cPanel click on simple zone editor.
