I just want to know if someone else on ''fris server'' is experiencing the same problems of redirects when trying
to log in it's site!

Fris is undergoing maintenance that should fix Default Web Site page errors.
I'd wait until the maintenance is done. See http://status.x10hosting.com/ for updates on the maintenance.

are the redicts to x10hosting.com due to the fact that fris is under maintenance?
Did you try to connect to a fris site?

Yes they most likely are, some sites have that some sites don't.

Not all accounts redirect to this page but there are a lot that do. They are not behaving like this because of the maintenance, the admins are working to fix this as part of the maintenance.
If you still have this problem after the maintenance, reply back and I'll escalate the thread to a support ticket.
